Coach Mary Wise Describes her Web of Support
Mary Wise has won the most volleyball matches of any women in volleyball coaching history. Her team has won the SEC title 13 times and has won over 800 matches. Her team has been in the final 4 of the NCAA tournament 8 times and was runner up in 2017. She has created a web of support that fosters ideal teamwork.

Very quickly their presentations become succinct and include only the key facts required for daily management. Efficient and effective communication is critical for achieving timely work rounds.
I work as a Mental Health Consumer Advocate in a secure Mental Health Unit at a major regional hospital in Australia. From personal and professional experience backed by statistics, Psychiatriy has the most highest cases of preventable errors and this results clinical death from mental illness (suicide) as a direct result of poor management. Psychiatrists are not trained in Therapeutic Alliance at all. Therapeutic Alliance is the No. 1 proffesional skilled required to collect data on a patient. Psychiatrist ldriven interviews occur but no science is applied to formulate treatment and discharge plans.
